I really do not recommend the place. I sent an email with two pdfs and the price was $3.85. When I came to pick up my two pdfs They overpriced my papers to $13 because they printed a previous pdf that I asked one month ago and which I never told them to print, making the situation unprofessional. Why would you print something I did not tell to print? What do you have in your brain?

Pack and Send Plus did an outstanding job of Packing and shipping this antique trunk from a local auction house. Even though it was very large and needed to ship via freight, they were able to keep the price reasonable, and were great to work with.

Pack & Send is everything you hope your local post office would be but often isn’t. Everyone I have interacted with is very friendly and they saved me a ton of money on an international return by just refusing to send it and telling me to demand a return slip from the company for a defective product. Highly recommend!

Recently, I had to ship a very fragile and very important package for the holidays. I was recommended this company by a friend and boy was I glad I was.

The owners, Tyler & Mae went absolutely above and beyond and the package arrived in perfect shape!

The prices were competitive and you definitely get what you pay for and that has never been more true here with the quality and expertise I received.

I'm proud to support a local family owned small business and quite frankly, if they decided to charge even more I wouldn't hesitate to continue to use them. My experience was that special.

I made a special trip to Pack and Send Plus to got a quote from them to ship a guitar. $130.00 was the written quote. I billed the guy buying it from me for that amount. When they actually packed it, the cost went up to $276.00. When I complained they said "I told you it was a gross estimate". Surely off by over 100% is gross. When I complained again they knocked it down to $178.00. I ate the $48 loss since I had already received the money from the recipient.

Everyone is always very nice and helpful! I use them weekly for copies which are always done very quickly and at a great price. I email the copies and get an email back saying they are done! I love that they are open until 6:00pm because i can go after work to ship stuff and also drop off stuff to have shredded and at a very cheap price! We have used them for years and will continue to recommend them to everyone!!!
