This company is another level of dishonest. One of their trucks hauling bags of rock broke my windows in three places on a truck a bought two days prior. After tracking down the correct office the SAFETY manager asked me if I was able o collect the rocks on the 70mph traffic filled freeway. Obviously I told her know but I have video/photo. She told me they are not responsible for loosing their load. I'll be lining an insurance claim. Going to chp and better business bureau etc. No wonder their reviews are horrible. They need to be pulled of the road.

6/30/2023, Driver on 70West just outside of Taylorsville, PA, 9:30 am came around a bend and ran off the road, overcorrected and almost flipped coming back onto the interstate. He was behind me. He quickly passed me, and continued through WV and Ohio swerving from one lane to another, sometimes onto the shoulders, sudden lane changes with no signal, almost ran other cars off the road. I was afraid to pass him with as erratic as he was driving. I was glad when he pulled off to the Lives just before Zanesville, OH Yes, I called 911 in PA. I attempted, several times to call Ozark. Tried every extension. No one answered the phone all day.

Your driver in truck 162 has his truck parked on the fuel islands not getting fuel or even I'm the truck for 30 plus minutes now. What a shame

They safety manager is very very racist there her name is Tina my fiancé had pass his drug screen and of course he had orientation they call and ask him how he pass and he doesn’t even do drugs so instead of them asking him to take another one which I didn’t understand why..they tell him he pass his drug screens but it was effy and kick him off orientation as if the urine didn’t come out of his body when he ask to speak to someone over her she stated this is the highest u get is me now don’t call again she wouldn’t let him speak to anyone so he couldn’t report her.. I highly do NOT recommend

They paid a poor uneducated black man to look like a slave for the world to laugh at he's proud they know his name.Not they pay very good so I can take care my family obviously the poor guy is looking for a company that want take advantage of him but he's looking like fool on his own expense for a rich white man who's feeding him crumbs sad sad sad!
