Have STRICT APPOINTMENT AT 7 AM. Broker call me 6 times to.make sure be there on time because shipper is so strict. And here we go 4 hours later still not loaded not even started yet. Such a scham don't know how you get 4 star rewiu with this service.

My appt was at 3am got there early and had to wait until that time but they are quick. Unloaded in less than 30min. Wide spaces to park. Had to buzz the door to get into receiving. No parking really around there, so I would just get rest then head there for my appt time.
