I've been driving for Overlog for a few years now. Vlad recruited me from a mega carrier and I've not once looked back, ( Thanks Vlad) I have to say it's been an incredible experience. The dispatch team keeps me rolling, their always friendly and helpful. The fleet managers are knowledgeable, efficient and driver oriented. The girls in the office keep me paid! and they keep me straight so i can focus on being a driver. Dennis, Max, & Vlad are a solid and and unmatched support system. Always. Available. But what really sets Overlog apart is the sense of community ~ we're all committed to working as a TEAM because Together Everyone Achieves More! Plus! The trucks are new and always well maintained and the safety record and their safety concern for me are top notch. Been with the company since August started off a little rough due to problems with the trailer the truck battery and my dispatch scheduling but once those issues were resolved things were smooth sailing. Not as much home time as I would like and being charged for cash advances are the downsides but as long as you have a competent dispatch and a good condition truck you’re good to go. The staff are friendly and very professional orientation was quick and the money is good.
