Ben and his staff are amazing. They know their stuff and everyone is wonderful. They always ask if you need assistance and are great at finding what you need. It's a huge store and worth the trip on savings alone but, with these guys also adding their knowledge it makes every decision easy.

Been trying for a month to get them to back their own warranty on some vinyl plank flooring. I've bought so much from them in the past few years but no longer will I make that drive to spend money with them. Buyer beware that they won't even talk to you about warranty issues.

Great staff very helpful, a lot of variety of products. Was looking for rugs and flooring had a very big selection with different adhering styles for cheaper then luna or floor and decor. I will definitely go back and purchase from there again.

Buyer beware. Tiles chipped when you opened box so it's not evident when you are buying them. I brought back one box of unopened tiles with receipt and was told that they do not accept returns unless they are damaged. Make sure you know the exact amount of product you need. If I could give them 0 stars I would of. I will never buy anything here again.

If I could I would give them 0 stars I went there today to buy doors and when it came to me paying I wanted to use my store credit the cashier called the store manager because she didn't know how to use it.
Manager came and she looked for her copy of the store credit and since she couldn't find hers she told me that I already used it with makes no sense I wouldn't have any copy with credit on it.
They basically scammed me.
So to future buyers use your store credit right away because they will loose their copy and you will be left with no money.
I will never go back I never leave reviews but this one absolutely deserves it.

The prices are discounted but not by as much as they say. The prices are discounted by the absolute highest price you can find on the market. Then they can justify "50% off" So a love seat is about 6-700$ then a couch is about 8-900$. These aren't your soft ones they're more less the stiff ones. To each their own though no big deal. They are also not fond of kids unless the employee is 30 or under. Haha there was a lady who was arrogant towards my family and I because I didn't snatch my kids off a couch like a crazy. (They're 2&3) Although she didn't use any profanities it's the tone she took with my kids. I'm the Adult here trying to spend 2-3k in your store so please take your additude up with me I can manage those little bastards. (Any real parent knows that's a joke). If my kids break your stuff I'll happily pay for it. I'm not broke and am just shopping for a couch haha. Hope this helps! They do have good buys though just not on appliances or couches. If you're good with a 20% off, that's what it really is. And not the big store warranty this is the place to go. Only 2 stars because I don't take kindly to people being arrogant to kids in general. It was really just one person but it's a personal review.

Absolutely freezing in this store on the coldest day of the year so far. No heat in any parts of the building. We came to purchase a couch and sectional but had to leave. Too cold to think!
