The place is awesome! Made even more so by the people running it! I didn't get her name, but I'll go back anytime I'm in town. So much cool stuff, reasonably priced and great specials every week. I spent a couple hours and still kept noticing more as I forced myself to leave! As I said, the girl behind the counter was so accommodating and friendly. Excellent service. Highly recommend Ottawa Community Thrift Store downtown!

I just adore this place. Leslie and Laura are both such kind and awesome people. I moved to Ottawa recently and immediately felt welcome the first time I stopped in. I definitely found my people here! They showcase the work of tons of local artists. I donated a ton of records and bought this awesome painting yesterday as well as this mood ring necklace! Truly can't say enough positive things about the community thrift. Definitely stop in.

My kids and I love this place! The owner is amazing! She’s so friendly and has such a big heart you can tell she truly cares about her community and wants to help people, and I love that. I always find such good stuff too! Her sales are unique and great! All her events she hosts are really cool too!

This store is owned and run by a beautiful person with a kind soul. She’s always doing her best to encourage positivity not only within the store but also throughout the community. She hosts fundraisers, giveaways, and supports local talent.

The store itself is a wonder-you’ll never know what type of exciting treasure you’ll find—kitchenware, clothes, art, crystals, dvds, books, albums—-and all at affordable prices!

Love this little shop, the rock shop within, all the variety, and the fact there are multiple local artists displaying their wonderful crafts. The more I learn about the owner, Leslie, the more I like her & want to support her community efforts! Definitely worth stopping in to see what you can find!

Such a goldmine of finds. Went first time today but had to leave in a hurry after a bit and owners were so kinds wishing me well on the way out. Love all the different selection of items. Something for everyone. Definitely recommended and will be back to explore more. Great vibes

The Ottawa Community Thrift has been a blessing to our lil town. They have reasonably priced home goods, clothing, books, records, and toys. They also have amazing local artwork, hand made goods, and other unique finds! The owner (Leslie) has been so kind to those in need and has never shied away from helping ANYONE who walks in the door. I love going in as often as I can just to chat and see what new things are in. This is much more than a store, it’s a community hub. If you’re in the area, you should come take a look!🫶🏻
