Took a load for these guys with Carrier Xpress, and they refuse to pay me for retention time. I sat at the dock for 5 1/2 hours total at both dock, the one in Gainesville and the one in Knoxville. They don't like to pay and that's unfair to the Carriers who spend their money and time to make sure the packages are there. But once you've done all this extreme work, you have to go into battle mode about your pay. In which it shouldn't be! I don't recommend anyone to these guys bc who likes to be ripped OFF! ESPECIALLY AFTER WORKING FAIRLY! I'M EXPECTING TO GET PAID FAIRLY. If they wish to make this right, I'm available through Cargo Xpress
