Tried to get a price from them to ship items. The guy on the phone would not let me finish my sentence and kept talking in circles when I tried to pin him down to a price. He states that he charged by the weight. When I ask him how he gets the weight of the items he WOULD NOT ANSWER me, just kept talking in circles and stated that he was going to pass on doing this shipment as I wanted to know what it was going to cost. Sounds like the same old thing where they tell you one price then at the end its another price. BEWARE of this place as you are not suppose to ship anything without an agreed upon price BEFORE you ship with them. Sounds like a typical scam shipping company to me. I would not give him even one star except you have to give a star to post the review.

These guys are masters at custom crating anything you want to ship but which needs that extra protection - anything from motorcycles two TVs to fine art and statues. Also great in all sorts of shipping logistics great customer service and a great team over there at orbit highly recommend!

horrible, lost part of my shipment then lied about it. not inclined to do their due diligence to recover my furniture since they already got paid. No integrity, not good business. Would not use any star but must to complete post.
