I want to thank Opulence for their professional service. They made our son and his date prom so special. The driver was amazing. She got out, opened the doors, rolled out the red carpet, held the umbrella, like it was amazing. We will use them again.

Opulence gets a 10/10 from both my husband and I. I reached out to them 5 days before needing wedding transportation hoping they would have availability in such short notice. Shawn and Debbie at Opulence Transportation are a “Class Act”. I was astounded by their level of professionalism. They had me at "you can text to set up a ride". Yup... did the whole thing over text and as someone who avoids phone calls as much as possible this was a huge selling point. (You can call tho! And you can make online reservations too! Now that's service!)
Communication was on point. They emailed me a detailed description of where to find the car outside the baggage terminal, and the driver texted me when they arrived.
In all brutal honesty I was kinda dreading making awkward small talk with some dude for an hour, but the Shawn that showed up was a badass female driver who was so fun to talk to we chatted the entire time. I even requested her for my return ride!
The entire process was seamless, professional and fun. I have traveled a ton, and this was in my top 5 for ride accommodations. Defintely use them!

We used Opulence Transportation for our wedding and it was the best choice! It was so easy to book our event, we just needed a getaway car to the hotel after our wedding. I spoke with Debbie during booking and she was extremely quick to respond and answer all of my questions. On the night of our wedding, Shawn was early and let us know she was close by. Since there was a lot going on, we were a little late getting in the car but Shawn was so polite and accommodating for us. She even helped me in and out of the car since I had a big train on my dress. We also needed to pick up my husband's belongings from a different hotel to transfer it with us and she made the stop. She was so professional, kind, and genuine. If we ever need to use a professional driving service again, I will be sure to call Debbie in a heartbeat. If you're a bride, this is not only an affordable option but the experience is so professional and luxurious as well! The car was spotless, had snacks for us, and was nice and modern. I cannot recommend this company enough! Thank you for making our exit so seamless!

First time using Opulence and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the booking of the reservation to the drop off was beyond my expectations. I tried to use a cab service when I left a month ago which was a horrible experience ( never showed) so I vowed to use a shuttle service returning home. Great customer service, great communication through text updates. They track your flight so you don’t have to worry if running late. Gave me a military discount! Shawn was the driver who was waiting for me in baggage claim with my name on a board. She was so professional and got me to my door, and helped with my luggage. I am very big on customer service so I highly recommend Opulence!!

A few months ago I was traveling to Tucson from Hampton and had an early morning flight at the Norfolk Airport. I found Opulence on Groupon and I am glad that I did. I wasn't sure whether the driver would be male or female as I was not familiar with the company. To my surprise it was a woman and what a delight she was. She showed me excellent service, excellent conversation, she even convinced me to stay in Hampton as I was speaking with her about relocating. We arrived at the airport safely. Thank you Opulence Transportation Chauffeur. Unfortunately I can't remember her name, but I know she treated me like "family". I highly recommend and would like to thank her again for helping me make the decision to call this my home.
