Complete incompetence. Second worst distribution center in the country before Indianapolis Indiana. The Office of postmaster general / postal inspection service needs to investigate!!!

My package is headed the wrong direction for the third time. This is not the first time this facility tosses it in whatever pile headed in whatever direction then re directs it multiple times to their broken facility until it's in the right place!

Thankfully it's just a shirt - not medication or an important document. I feel for those who have their stuff lost in the mail because the Post Office doesn't care.

The worst of the worst of the worst. A package arrives at their location on November 16/24 and enters a dark hole. I filed a claim and I received a call 10 days later on Nov 26/24. The person explains to me that I had to give it more time, needless to say, my address was only 3 miles away from that office. She proceeded to tell me that maybe there was not enough room on the delivery truck for the small box I was waiting for. Not enough room on the truck for the past 10 days!!! for a priority package!! I finally got the package on Dec 3rd over 2 weeks after it was shipped, all damaged and leaking all over and wrapped with plastic wrap. Almost $50 worth of items out of the $75 items in that box went to waste. The box that says handle with care, fragile, was most likely tossed around. Such an awful awful service.

They need to investigate this place and the people that work here. They need to step there game up because all these mess up’s are getting out of hand. When I track my packages everything always goes smooth up until it arrives to this place!! Once it arrives here it’s a whole run around. I was suppose to receive a package on 12/30/24 it is now 1/15/24 and the updates completely stopped once it got to this location. All the tracking says now is moving through the network. Went to the post office and they simply said to check up again in 10 days. Even the people that work there are no good with customer service.

My package has been stuck at the Opa Locka Distribution Center for over a week without any tracking updates. There is no logical reason for these delays, and the worst part is the lack of communication and transparency from USPS. I tried contacting customer service but only received generic responses with no real solution. It appears that this distribution center has a history of similar problems, which is unacceptable for a national mail agency. If you have the option to prevent your packages from going through this center, do so. USPS needs to do something to improve efficiency and customer service here.

OTR Drivers picking up mail, go around the building to door 61 or 71 to check-in. Restrooms located near door 25 I think it was. Somewhere around that area where they check-in for deliveries is the restroom.

It’s a bit hectic but they’re rolling, as far as loading and getting us out of here.

No complaints. Everyone was nice. I stopped at every door trying to find where I needed to be. Hopefully this is helpful for those who need info for once they arrive.

I shipped a package from the Fort Lauderdale post office location in enough time (11/15) for my package to be delivered and it’s still showing moving through network. I’ve tried reaching out to this facility and have yet to speak with someone. My next step is to file an investigation in this postal office. I have valuable items in this package to where I think someone at this facility may have stolen them.

My package arrived to Miami on February 23rd and supposed to be delivered between Feb 25-27 . Okay what could go wrong ? Answer is opaloca usps office , package was sitting there for days and they couldn’t deliver it , right now delivery status shows - will be delivered by march 7th🤧🤣. Awful place , package was shipped by ups and for some stupid reason was handed to Opa lockkkaaa ghetto place , why ups works with them ? I don’t know . When I see package processed through opalocka Center I know I have 99% chance i won’t get it on time . Not first time it happened , my shipment from Canada was lost in opalocka for weeks once . Awful, gonna report to federal agencies , hope this place would be closed and employed would never be hired by any other postal companies .

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE. I paid $30 for delivery and now my package is getting sent to Australia even though I drove all the way to pick it up. Their voice system is A COMPLETE DISRESPECT to customer time. Forcing you to water time and absolutely infuriating navigating the voice menus. I could not HATE USPS more. Horrible Ops. Horrible service. Finally eas able to speak to an actual human but was not able to help either.
