I have never heard of this company until recently. I ordered several expensive items from Nordstrom, and unfortunately, they used this courier service for delivery. In both instances, my packages arrived with items missing. The first time, I thought it was just a coincidence, so I decided to buy a security camera the next day since I had another package on the way. Sure enough, during the second delivery, the package was empty. To make matters worse, it was delivered at 10 PM. Is this a courier service or a burglary ring?

Amazon decided to use OnTrac as their courier service. I had never heard of them but they proved not to be reliable and package thief’s . The tracking on Amazon said “ Delivery attempted” but I didn’t receive a call as I had requested in the delivery instructions. It was never delivered.

If you’re ordering from Amazon and see “ being delivered by OnTrac” call their customer service line , request a refund because you’ll never see your original package, and have them blacklist OnTrac . Keep telling them not to use that courier for your future purchases.

I am super annoyed with this shipping delivery company. I purchased a pair of Adidas skate shoes from CCS came that came down from Vancouver, Washington and I have been waiting for like 3-4 days for my package to arrive in time as it got delayed and the next day I’m told it will arrive that it is shipped out for delivery and I am unable to reach out to customer support as they no longer accept calls. I do not like OnTrac at all and I wish these guys would get their stuff together cause when you pay a lot of money for something that is being delivered in the mail, you have every right to be concerned.

I work for this company last year this year seasonal Commerce now I'm going to Compton The only thing I don't like people don't take care of customers packages They just throw the packages I try my best To take care of the packages but the people in charge they tell me don't worry about those packages they don't pay us enough But I will tell you Yup this company no good

Worst shipping company, no way to get a hold of the nothing. Will defenantly be filling a complaint with the attorney general (consumer division), the FTC,and the consumer protection agency and the better business bureau.

Their customer is the worst. After many delivery attempts, it’s very clear that they are incompetent to make a successful attempt. I cannot fathom how they are in business.

Worst service. Refuses to respond. Doesn't deliver. Lies on return forms stating "customer refused delivery" when they never tried delivering. We have no control what mail ends up diverted to on-trac and none of it gets delivered in the past 2 years.

I have never heard on this company. I ordered online and they always send it via USPS. I needed my packaged before I flew out. It was attempted to be delivered while I was standing outside. No one tried to deliver anything!!!
I’ve been trying to contact them all yesterday and today to see if it can be delivered today or if I could pick it up and they pushed my delivery date back when I’m already out of town. That is so frustrating. Why would it take days later to attempt to deliver again. I was standing outside. If I had the choice I wouldn’t have chosen this delivery service.
