I can’t recommend One Move enough!! From the day I had my video estimate with Jacob, I felt that we would be in good hands for our move. The communication with the office ahead of the move was easy and calming. (And you know a move is not a calm event!) We had a complex 2-day move with two trucks: lots of furniture, kids stuff, dog stuff, and more, from a large house to a smaller one with less storage space. The moving team, led by the wonderful Junior, showed up on time, were highly professional, courteous, caring, and communicated well. We did a walk through and marked where everything would go, and throughout the packing day they asked us about anything they weren’t sure about. All the packing was excellent, nothing broke and the unpacking went smoothly too. The team stayed later than planned because it was a LOT to unpack and they did it all professionally and with extreme care. We had to keep some boxes and art packed until we were ready to unpack them. The team said they will collect the empty boxes when we were ready. And so they did, more than once in the weeks following the move. Overall, this was the best moving experience I have ever had across the Bay Area and New York. I highly and enthusiastically recommend One Move for any move, and would certainly work with them again!

I used One Move Movers last summer and they were extremely professional and efficient. I worked specifically with Gregory, Cesar, and Miguel. They worked well as a team and took excellent care with all of my furniture, boxes, and other items. I would highly recommend them and plan to use them in the future for any other moving needs!

Jesus and his team were phenomenal! On time, professional, and kind. It's our first time using a moving company, and I expected them to just bring our stuff in for us, but they completely assembled all our furniture, asked where we wanted it and ensured we liked how it looked. They even replaced some old stripped screws I had that were barely holding my desk together just to be helpful. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

OneMove has 330+ 5-star reviews on Google and they’re well earned for all the reasons. OneMove is a mighty team located in Palo Alto and most deserving of the 5-star rating. I’ve been a repeat customer with OneMove since 2021 and used them for local service in 2021. For my international move this year 2024, I got in touch with Tony, the business owner, who invested dedicated time in educating me on industry standards for international move, best wins on the price for packaging material, soft crating and customized quotes. Tony took into consideration my specific need to have boxes labelled for customs. He took the time on move day to walk by, making sure everything was going as discussed and planned. Fran has been my customer service agent since 2021 and it’s always pleasant to speak with her. She knows me by name and treats me well every single instance I call her. I like how she has been patient with me and consistently answered my questions. I feel taken care of for being a loyal customer. OneMove is extremely mindful of adopting various packaging strategies for local, commercial or storage moves depending on length/time of the move and in storage. They provide hauling and non-accessible storage service for a fee. OneMove owns and manages their own warehouse, therefore secure and guarantees expert service in packaging and moving. Their versatility assured me I was in good hands. The heart and soul of OneMove are the ground staff. They are trustworthy and honest in their work. They took care of my household goods as dearly as I would. Both times in 2021 and 2024, I was quoted for 4 men/8hours but they’ve beat the quote and ended early both times. Mel was the squad leader and very professional in his accounting and keeping team on track. OneMove has a straightforward and open system for billing. I was provided insurance with the quote as well. Overall, I can’t say enough about OneMove. Trust, excellence and teamwork is the foundation of this organization. If you’re looking for class-apart moving, packing and storage service in BayArea, look no further.

Pretty quick, but ended up being around 1 hour over the estimated time. Also some language barrier to get around, but wasn’t too bad. Packing was secure and they put everything back together + in the correct spots. Overall I thought Jesus and his team did great, and would recommend them!

If we could give 10 stars, we absolutely would!!! From our first interaction with Fran for a price quote to scheduling to assigning a team, we could not have chosen a better service!!! We used another (much more expensive service) in the first part of our move and we’re not very pleased. So happy we decided to go in a different direction with One Move Movers!! The team led by Sergio was the best!! So professional, impressive work ethic, friendly and kind. Thank you to Sergio & his team: Guillermo, Martin & Enrique. We could have not asked for a better team!!! We will be recommending Sergio & his team to our agent/s and our family, friends & colleagues!!!

First let me start by saying THANK YOU One Move !!!!! I recently used One Move Movers and I can't say enough good things about their service. From start to finish, their communication was exceptional. They made sure I was updated every step of the way, ensuring that all my questions were answered promptly and thoroughly. What really stood out was their incredible attention to detail. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was packed and moved with care, and they provided invaluable advice on how to prepare for the move. Their guidance made what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward and manageable. One Move Movers treated me with a personal touch that made me feel like more than just another customer. Their team was kind, patient, and genuinely invested in making sure my experience was seamless. Moving is known to be one of the most complex and emotional experiences, but their unparalleled professionalism turned it into a smooth and stress-free process. If you're looking for movers who will treat you with respect and handle your belongings with the utmost care, I highly recommend One Move Movers!
