These guys host two pretty awesome events between the March-September months. The first is there monthly event called "Rise and Drive" and the second is the yearly event called "Cops and Cars", both of which are open to the public free of charge.

They put on a nice cars and coffee for us the first Saturday of every month, well, during the 3 seasons. The facility is as clean as a hospital and has safe and secure storage for your special car. They also have an outstanding in-house detailer, nice lounge area with a little kitchen and a clean bathroom!

Briefly, I wrote to ask about a car that is not yet available and was asked by the Sales Manager if I wanted to place a deposit and whether I would pay in cash or financing it. When I replied that I had not made this decision yet, I extended a little bit while explaining about my decision-making process because I thought a little of explanation would be welcomed rather than just say I haven't decided and his answer was:

"Not sure how we can help you if you cant pay for the car. Most of her buyers are cash buyers or have secured funds prior to contacting us to purchase."

Clearly he did not understand my answer, I can pay for the car but haven't decided if it would be in cash or financing it, but above all he was rude. I thought that was unnecessary and responded by explaining that he didn't understand me and that his response was inappropriate. Our conversation ended with him saying:

"I don't think we should do business. You don't want to hear what I have to say then don't email me respectfully we are selling a car people come prepared to us I don't know your financial situation I don 't know what you're dealing with and quite frankly I don't care good luck "

Just to leave no doubt, as if I still had them, about the kind of respectful treatment the client should expect to receive from them.
