This company is amazing! I needed to get a package from a nursing home to the hospital because my relative was relocated while the package was in transit. This company did it so fast and for a very reasonable price. Scott helped me and was so kind and courteous. There are not many places where you can find a service like this. They actually answer the phone personally all the time! And to find such great people and such a reasonable price was just the greatest thing during a very stressful time. I was so fortunate to have called this amazing Arizona team from where I’m located in Pennsylvania. I was at my wits end trying to find help quickly to resolve an intercepted package with the USPS Distribution Center there in AZ. Scott immediately helped me set up my plan, was organized, thorough and extremely kind. The follow up calls with the rest of the team all day were so appreciated! I cannot thank you all enough for helping me with this month-long headache! (a special thanks to the driver who spent 30 additional minutes to secure my package) I will tell everyone who may be reading this review; do not waste anytime dealing with any other courier service because On Demand will make it the best experience you’ll ever have!

For my first time using a courier service, I’m so glad I found On Demand! Not only was their pricing exceptionally reasonable, but their customer service was top notch. I was told in advance that there may be extra fees if the courier had to wait or if my documents were rejected and needed to be returned to me. Thankfully, neither scenario took place, but even if they had, the extra charges would have still been substantially lower than a competitor I quoted with. I contacted Leian McBroom with On Demand Courier last week and was extremely impressed by her professionalism and wonderful business acumen. I was struggling on a bad address to get my package delivered and was forced to hang up and search the correct address again. However, within a half a minute Leian calls me back and had the corrected address. The package was picked up shortly and within 1 1/2 hour delivered with a signature from the recipient. I could not be more pleased with the service, the costs and the professionalism from Leian and On Demand Courier Services. I am an advocate for great service and letting the public know, these folks are "top shelf".
