I've emailed the Downey LAX CA warehouse a Delivery Request last Wednesday, needing to be delivered by Friday, it is now the following Tuesday an still no delivery.

I emailed and called them every day since last Wednesday knowing that we had critical appointments with customers relying on this delivery.

I've been emailing and calling them for 5 business days straight and all I've been given is excuses. Now I have two very upset clients and lost sales.

Nice people on the phone but if you need professional service when it comes to processing deliveries (not including the drivers, the drivers are always great!) choose a different company. I recommend D&D.

Showed up to pickup a trailer. It says it's a 24 hr establishment. Rang the bell no answer. Called the phone number tried multiple extensions all voice-mail. And yes there were cars in the lot as well so there were at least 4 people there.

Good place fast loading people are nice once up to dock my take a minute for them to start but the fast.

Its a small warehouse kind of hard to get around in if there's alot if traffic or people that don't know how to park but over all fellas working there were nice.

You should train your bobtail drivers not to cut people off, and to use their turn signal when switching lanes.
