Dr Wardell was very pleasant. He took his with my knee exam, ordered MRI. When I went back for results, he took time explain everything in detail. Lastly he reviewed all my meds. Lastly I got injection... I'm petrified of needles, he was so supportive and really pain was minimal. Staff also very pleasant and professional. I'd feel deserved a sold 10!

My sister was taken here 911 after a fall. She has dementia and had a severe mental status change. Her Sons were getting ready to take her to Silver Cross. Long story short the worse phospital. Updates on any type of test were sketchy. Reminders by family on meds she needed daisyh. Transferred to a nursing home calling her son at work with 3 hours notice on a work day when the social worker promised to call family and discuss placement.

I went to the Emergency Room there on Memorial Day , there were 2 people in the waiting room with myself as the Third I arrived at 10:30 am and wasn’t seen until 11:00pm ! The staff was unprofessional and rude and no one seemed interested in helping anyone ! After waiting to see the ER physician for 10 hours the physician finally saw me at midnight and told me that my problem was not in her area of expertise ! Gave me some milk of magnesia Ana a Pepsis and instructed me to make an appointment with my physician ! It was 1 am when I left . Olympia Fields has lost most of their physicians and either can’t get new ones or refer their patients to Nurse Practitioners ! The quality of care is poor ! Don’t go there it will be a waste of time and money ! And I am a Nurse , Masters Prepared so take this seriously , Don’t go !

My sister went here and was seen and told to go sit in the waiting room. She was drinking an orange pop and the Security Guard told her she should not be drinking orange pop because her sugar level was extreamly high. My sister was never seen by a doctor and given any information on a high sugar level or anything else. This breaks the HIPPA Law. To be continued
