We drove in an hour cause we loved it the last time we were in town. But today wasn’t good. We showed at 1:05 right when they opened. The girl said she was new and couldn’t use the shaved ice machine. But we could order anything else. Well we all wanted shaved ice. But my son wanted a vanilla milkshake. So ordered that. Well guess what she said they don’t have vanilla. They ran out. Well that was a very big let down.

We waited over 15 minutes for the VERY SLOW employee to finish the order before us. We had small children and were trying to keep them occupied. She refused to serve us next because we weren't in line. Mind you we weren't told anything about having to stand anywhere specific in the small shop. Needless to say we walked out and she gave absolutely no cares. There were 7 of us that planned to order. They obviously don't need anyone's business.

Although the scoop of vanilla ice cream on top cause me a few moments of architectural stress, this “Mango Tango” hit the spot. Great place and treats.

Went in there to celebrate my sister's birthday. The gal behind the counter ignored us walking in, which is fine, she was serving 4 Individuals before us - okay, no problem. She was going as slow as molasses in the snow, but whatever. We were sitting there waiting. More people come in and are standing and she started to help them first. So I said "ma'am we have been here waiting" and her response was "the line is here" no signs indicating you had to cue a line or even where that line should be, no attempt to help us, ignored that we'd been waiting 15 min for her to fulfill the 4 ice creams before us, no respect. Just that we werent in a line that we didnt know had to exist so we wouldnt be helped. Decided our party of 7 should just leave and find something else. Extremely frustrating situation though.

Got the Mango Tango and it was amazing! Two scoops of vanilla ice cream with fresh mango & pineapple on top of delicious shaved ice. Reminds me of the popular Taiwanese mango shaved ice. It was above and beyond our expectation! Can be shared by 2-4 people.

I like the snow cones but the employee wouldn't take my order correct and proceeded to tell me that that's what I ordered.(I hate ice cream)

Best shaved ice I have had in TX. If you are looking for Hawaiian shaved ice with ice cream and cream on top then you will find it here. They also have blue bell and do shakes and floats.
