I recently entrusted this company to send a barrel to Guyana, but unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing. Upon arrival, several essential items were missing, causing significant inconvenience.

Regrettably, this incident has led me to lose confidence in og shipping reliability and accountability. It's evident that more care should have been taken to ensure the safe and complete delivery of my shipment.

As a result of this experience, I cannot recommend this Shipping Company and will not be using their services again. I hope they can address these issues to prevent similar frustrations for future customers.

I'm disappointed to report that this company mishandled my shipment to Guyana, resulting in items being stolen from my barrel. This experience has shattered my trust in their service and left me deeply frustrated. I cannot recommend this company based on this incident. i would advise anyone to go with another shipping company

I've been using OG shipping company for some years and I've never had a problem, except during the pandemic and I fully understood that everything then was on delayed mode, my two barrels reached safely after two months.The guys who picked up the barrels were very friendly and professional.The last package i sent left that Saturday and was ready to be pick up Monday morning. I will be there again in a few to send another package to Guyana.....Three stars!👍

PLEASE DO NOT SHIP WITH THIS COMPANY! it's the worst I wish I could give zero stars. I shipped a box by air about a week ago , they are thieves open all the packages and stole my items . My family did not receive their stuff , I'm going to take serious actions . THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO CLOSE DOWN ! This is what you get for supporting a BLACK BUSINESS....

This company is not worth any stars, I shipped a barrel to Guyana and they stole my items from the barrel. The people that work for this company are thieves and will steal your items. I do not recommend using this company. My barrel was full when it left New York and when it got to Guyana almost everything was gone. This is horrible I want back all my money!!!

I wish I could have given this company zero (0) stars. They are unprofessional and very much unreliable. Firstly it was a small box with birthday items, they took forever to deliver and not to mention the amount of money we paid to send & receive it. My barrels were sent days before the box (since August) and to date I haven't received my barrels. I called NY and I
was told that GT office will call me that was last Thursday. I decided to call on Friday and was left on hold. I contacted them again today and they don't have my name down.
I would never recommend this service to anyone

Its seems this company is worst compared to the others......they picked up 3 barrels over a month now from my residence.......spoke with them today and was told it just shipped and wilk take 2 months more....absolutely ridiculously....you people are corrupt and a bunch of scammers.
