Went to your office depot waiting patiently. For help .for 15Min to get some things printed. After 15 Minutes she tell me she can't print .she had another customer. But she could just ask me what I am waiting for 15 Minutes. So I will not wast My time for her to say she can't do my Job .

I came in to use the printers and i'm not sure if its just my fault because I didn’t have my glasses but the employee only area of the printing section is not clearly marked. I was in there for about 5 minutes before I had to call over an employee over who then stared at me as if I had my head on backwards and rudely told me I was in the employee only section. I apologized profusely and explained that I had never been there before and I wasnt sure where to go. She pointed me in the right direction and then gave extremely vague directions on how to use the self-service printer. While I was figuring out how to use it, a couple came in and attempted to use the employee only computers which she corrected them in the same way, so I know it wasn’t just a me issue. They looked extremely confused at the self-service printer and if I wasnt in a rush I would have helped them myself because she gave them no instructions and left to chat with her all 3 of her coworkers on the other side of the store. Im giving 3 stars because I was able to go in and do what I needed to do but their customer service really needs some work.
