BEWARE OF DECEPTIVE PRICING TACTICS. We went online to find availability and pricing for a HP 64 XL tricolor ink cartridge. Office depot had the cartridge in stock for $55.89. When I went to buy the item, the clerk tried to upsell me but gave me what I asked for when I said no. As I was paying for the cartridge I noted Office Depot was me charging about $10 MORE THAN THE ADVERTISED PRICE. When I protested, the clerk asked me to show him show him the webpage which I did. With one salespoint click the correct price came up.

I wonder how many customers unknowingly overpay as a result of this dishonest and deceptive pricing tactic.

I ordered online at Office Depot for the first time for store pickup. Printer toner of course, and I needed it fast. After completing my order and paying online, I received an email fewer than 10 minutes later saying my toner was ready to pickup. Amazing. So much better than driving to the store and wondering if they have what I'm looking for. The associate in the store knew right where my order was held. I was in/out in 3 minutes. Manhattan Beach:) Downtown is not too far:) Usually they have everything stocked up:)
