Bad experience with rude contact in this office. Had an issue with the condo and she blamed us for not reporting it sooner instead of apologizing for the fact that the bathrooms were obviously not cleaned. When I left an honest review on the rental website, she came back with a comment that I was the rude one! Still refusing to apologize. Unbelievable. Will spend our money elsewhere on a condo not managed by this company. There's hundreds of other choices! We've never had a bad experience in OB before and will avoid another one by booking through someone else. All she had to do was say "I'm so sorry the bathrooms were dirty!"
