Harmony is great! Super helpful and easy to deal with. One time I didnt put my lock on correct and she called me right away. She keeps an eye on all the units. I was out of town and she got a locksmith to cut lock and replace and kept the new keys for me safe until I was back. Free of charge! That never happens. She is great and I am very happy with the security and unit. Thank you!

The property manager at Oakbrook Storage is outstanding, Harmony is a great manager who is willing to help make your move to the facility as easy as possible. Facility is clean & well maintained by the staff, prices are great & worth it for the security of my belongings. Public storage gates stay open when it snows, but metro self storage makes sure that the gates shut even if it snows. I give metro self storage in Oakbrook Terrace & it's staff a 5⭐ rating.
