Very unprofessional customer service. I sent a package to Danang. After 2 weeks, the package still hadn't been delivered, while they promised it would get delivered in 1 week or 10 days. Called the Reps 3 days in a row, they were not clear on where the package was nor had an attempt to solving the case by calling their company in Vietnam. Instead, they kept guaranteeing we would get it the next day. Not until the 4th call with them that they started email the company in Vietnam to see what happened. As of right now, I still don't know where the package is. All I got was the sorry from the lady Rep in Dallas that I was unlucky to send it on holidays and now it's weekend in Vietnam?! The lady was in kind of a shady in the extra charge in first place too. I have send many packages to Vietnam with different companies. Strongly NOT recommend this One!!
