My family ordered over $70 worth of food which I thought was high for a family of 4 but if it's good that's OK. The problem was instead of egg rolls we got spring rolls and my 18$ large lo mein was only 2/3's full. I see they are under new management so maybe that's the issue . We never had had a problem there before. I suggest going to a different place for Chinese. There are plenty around . I for one will never be going back. they told my wife when she called that they don't have spring rolls, but if you look at the picture they are clearly spring rolls.egg rolls are not smooth .

Food is always good at this place, but tonight I ordered and they threw in some spicy chicken nuggets for FREE, instead of the usual fortune cookies. After eating, I called them back asking if they have spicy chicken nuggets and they said no..STRANGE!!!

Order the fried shrimp lunch special. Consisted of three fried shrimp, chicken fried rice, an egg roll, and for some reason barbecued pork pieces in a sauce. The fried rice and the shrimp we're decent nothing special. The egg roll was horrible. I have no idea why it had pork with it but it did not look appetizing and the sauce kind of ruined some of the rice. Really wish they didn't put it in there.
I would not go back way better food around. Especially since it was 12 bucks for the lunch special.

Updated Review: About 10 months ago, we did one of our runs (40+ minutes away mind you) for a huge run from our favorite Chinese food restaurant. This was a family run for 4 people and as soon as we began to unpack the food, a sense of dread overcame us all. As we opened container after container, our hearts sunk lower into our chest. Every single item looked 100% different from the food we had been eating for over a decade. We pasted on some falsely hopeful smiles as we piled out plates with food. We honestly tried to give it a chance. Unfortunately, even our best efforts could not disguise how terrible the food was. This wasn’t even the type of bad that comes from expecting one thing and receiving another. This was bad bad. This was bad enough to never recommend Number 1 Chop Suey ever again. We are still lamenting to this day how much we miss what is no more from this place. But if you are reading this thinking, maybe I should try someplace new? Don’t do it. We are still searching for local Chinese food to take the place of Number 1 Chop Suey in our hearts. I still don’t see an end in sight…

Previous Review: We have been eating here for years and has never disappointed we drive 40 minutes out of our way now definitely worth it.

(Photo Attached: A plate from our last trip. The chicken wings had no flavor, along with the singapore chow mein and the fried rice. The eggrolls tasted really odd and the potstickers were not also just really not good. Not even just because they changed the type - from the small pan-fried ones to the doughy steamed ones- but I just remember they tasted weird. And I used to live on their potsticker sauce, which is now, of course, gone.)

Ordered a pretty big order. The phone conversation went smooth to get the dishes placed. Seemed like all the items that ordered that were deep fried were over cooked (sweet sour chicken, egg rolls). We got the beef and tomato and the beef and broccoli and those were perfect. The bill came out higher than expected.

I have tried three times with many dishes. I will never return again. Of all the 20 different dishes we probably got, None of them taste good. Ingredients are not fresh and taste very bland and watery.

A shell of its former self, I wish I'd read reviews before calling the stored number in my phone. The new owners have changed many recipes, and not for the better. After being a frequent customer since the late 90's we moved out of the area a couple years ago. Ordered yesterday and it was so disappointing, everything was bland. The lomein noodles are even wrong now. We will never be back, recommend going elsewhere.

The food here is not bad at all, but I have had issues with service the past 2 times I’ve been here. Once was an issue with the staff arguing loudly enough that it made me uncomfortable and another time was a miscommunication about vegetable egg rolls that took more explaining and more time than it should have to get them exchanged. I ordered at 11:13am and it took until 12:47pm to resolve the issue including being questioned in a way that I did not like at all. So I just can’t get order here anymore
