Everytime I go in, I am greeted by all who work there with the warmest, smiliest, best customer service presence I've ever experienced. Even if I don't have a perfect order in mind, they are always willing to help. Although there are many dispensaries in the area, I always find myself at this one because the deals and friendly faces are worth it. Ryan H. helped me the last time I was in, and he was just as fantastic! Thanks nuEra EP!

Very friendly! I went to nuEra to get my medical card stressed but got there and everyone was super helpful. i spoke with Ryan and had a surprisingly easy process, Ryan was very informative and understanding.

Today I got my medicinal license with the help of Ryan. He is so knowledgeable about everything you need to get your license. He answered all questions even the ones I didn't think about. It was a quick easy process. I'm so thankful I went through Nuera to get assistance to get my license. The facility is so nice and all the employees are so nice and helpful!

I am a new medical patient and had no idea how that even worked. I had called other shops in the area and gotten little to no information and the people I talked with were not very friendly or helpful. I called nuera and spoke with Riley and she explained that they would not only print but also laminate my provisional letter for me. When I arrived, I spoke with Mike (I hope i got that right) up front who was super professional and polite. He printed my paperwork and let me go in while he made a small copy of my letter and laminated it. He got me set up with rewards and everything and it was so easy for me because he was kind enough to handle it. My bud tender was Blake and he was awesome. His suggestions were on point and in line with what I was looking for and he was friendly and professional as well. This was, by far, the best shopping experience (including general retail) i have had in the 2 years i have lived in Peoria and central Illinois as a whole. I greatly appreciate the teams kindness, patience, and education today and I look forward to many more visits with them in the future. Thank you so much!

Nice young lady that helped me pick out a disposable.
I figured it would be nice to have someone take the time to help and wasn't upset about it.
So I got the vape out and it wasn't the kind I had asked for.
So maybe it was a honest mistake and she was nice enough so I appreciate the kindness.
Next time I'll have to check it out before I leave the store!

I will always come here because they help you get what you want and super respected full. I had Mike B. Checking me out and everytime I’ve had him always a great experience. And he gave me a free sample for waiting and it was like maybe 5 minutes that I was.
