I was very pleased with the service I got. Brian Brady was very helpful and responsive to any questions or concerns I had. The car that I was interested in was at Nucar in Tilton NH, but they were able to have it delivered pretty quick. I had an GMC Acadia before and really liked it, so I am happy to get another one. It was great doing business with Brian. Very pleased, thank you. 😊

Very friendly. Great website to shop from. My sales woman was pleasant and quickly found answers if she didn't know.
Really nice facility as I've come to expect at Ford dealerships.
It was nice that the general manager took some time to meet me and chat a little. The interest rate from Ford Credit was slightly below what banks were offering me and received some discounts as well. Another plus is the no charge additional power train warranty that goes beyond what Ford Motor Company gives on the truck.
I would recommend shopping for your next new vehicle at NuCar.
I haven't had any service work at their shop so I can't comment on that.

My car broke down and needed to be towed there. The staff were professionally friendly telling me about the process of getting my car fixed. They were also willing to answer all my questions-they never seemed to need to rush off to someone else.they originally estimated it would be possibly 2weeks before it would be done, but the great staff there got it done in four days. I’ll be recommending Nucar to everyone.

Nucar St Albans Vt has been a wonderful experience for me personally and professionally. I have been apart 2 separate purchases in the last 8 months and both times were exceptional.
Most recently I purchased new Ram as our family vehicle. Everyone from Nucar starting at the top GM to delivery person were great to work with, extremely nice staff and fun to be around. No pressures of making to make a sale, they give you all the information you need make to your own decision. One of the best things I liked most is that this process was done in less than 24hrs. If you haven't stopped into Nucar you need to give these guys a try, I'm confident your experience will as good as mine.

The team at Nucar St Albans is professional, understanding and will take the time to listen to your concerns and answer your questions. We needed a to replace our van that was a total loss she to an accident and they were very attentive to our wants and even took the time to ask about our needs. They were proactive in getting our van from their sister dealership in NH. They even let us borrow a jeep until our van arrived and was ready for pick up. The finance team was great and worked diligently to keep the payments affordable with a couple extras. We're very happy with our experience and we will purchase our next vehicle from Nucar.

The service department at NuCar is second to none! They go out of their way to make the customer happy. I learned the hard way that if you give a Customer Service Index (CSI) score of less than 100 it reflects on them, NOT the manufacturer. I did that because I was completely fed up with Stellantis/Ram as a company because they would not fix my last truck. Please understand that they do the best that they possibly can based on what the manufacturer allows them to do!
