My first time trying any kind of meal prep service to try and make my life easier for meals since I was diagnosed with an auto immune disorder. I went to pick my food up for the first time and wasn’t sure what to expect but they were very nice and asked questions to get to know my food sensitivities and preferences and worked around them. I just had my first meal which was the smoked chicken sausage with sweet potatoes and Brussels and it was very good and filled me up! All portions come with macros on the container and heating instructions so it’s very simple as well.
