BLOCKING THE ENTRANCE OF AN EMERGENCY PET HOSPITAL!!!

We were trying to take our dog to VCA Encina and couldn’t access the parking lot quickly and safely because a Now Delivery Service truck was blocking the entrance while making a delivery to Sport Clips Walnut Creek. They were blocking the entrance for around 20 minutes during the 10:00 hour on Friday, 8/16/2024. They could’ve backed in along the side of the building where deliveries are meant to be and not blocked pet owners but chose not to, motioning for cars to drive around through the adjacent and busy shopping center.

We use NOW Delivery for all of our trucking needs in the San Francisco area from local deliveries, big projects and International exports out of SFO. Now Delivery Services has provided the best trucking service I have ever received in the Bay Area! I have been working with imports and exports out of San Francisco for over a decade in this challenging city. Since I have been using Now Delivery Services, Aman and Ravi have always provided the best service. From last-minute PU&Ds for a trade show at the Moscone, a rush collection for an exclusive client, AOG drop to the airlines, or an after-hours pickup, Now Delivery makes sure each job gets done in a professional manner and with a great sense of urgency. If there is an issue, Ravi and Aman do not hesitate to pick up the phone and call in real-time. If I am in a pinch and need something done immediately, Aman will jump on it immediately, without any hesitation. Even in these crucial situations, Aman still does not overcharge me.
Now Delivery Services is a stand-alone trucking company due to its people, quality service, and leadership. Keep up the good work!
