The X-ray Technician was a sweetheart! He was so kind and caring! It was the best treatment I’ve had by far at this hospital in over 2 years! He made it comfortable and listened to any issues I was having during the x ray process! He was truly amazing! He had glasses and bald but he was truly a delight

I have been getting my mammograms at NC for many years and the reason I won’t go anywhere else is because of the technician. She has been there a really long time. She makes a naturally uncomfortable experience as pleasant as possible. Puts me at ease and that’s important!!

Everyone was really nice but I gave it 5 stars because my 83 yo mother in law had a full bladder for her ultrasound and we went 40 minutes past appointment time. It was hard on her. US lady was super kind. I’m sorry I forgot her name.

Nurses and CNAs and other support staff were great. Complete lack of communication with then doctors during my most recent stay. Seemed like the surgeons and the standard medical team simply weren’t communicating clearly or transparently with each other or myself.

My mother was recently in NCH Rehab for several weeks and the nurses, therapists and case worker were super to work with. My mom is 89 and she loved everyone there and they were great with her and answered any concerns we had. She was slow to progress with pt but they never gave up on her and had her walking when she left there
