I wanted to bring to your attention an ongoing issue with Nortia Logistics. They still owe us a significant amount of money for double-brokered loads. Here's what I have uncovered about their business practices:
Nortia Logistics operates with a brokerage division called Roadlynx Inc.( they owes hundreds of thousand of dollars to carriers , they even removed their company of DAT so people can't leave reviews on them)
They book loads under the Nortia name, but instead of hauling them directly, they consolidate these loads and ship them via rail to Illinois, even though the original agreement was for truck transport. Once the loads arrive at their warehouse in IL, they subcontract other carriers, like us, to complete the delivery to various destinations all over East cost.
Despite claiming to be a reputable and well-established business, their owner, Ellen Lopatkina , continues to mislead us by promising weekly payments, but this is simply not happening. They have failed to meet these payment promises and are essentially stalling.

I have been working with Nortia for a little over a year now and they are my go-to carrier for IL or CA outbound loads I need covered for my regular customers. They are very professional company and the dispatchers are really easy to work with, not to mention, they are offer great value for the service. Thanks for being awesome!

Have a great relationship with Nortia and their team. We have worked with them for some time and they always do as they say. Even when problems arise they are willing to go the extra mile to get it resolved and meet expectations or customer needs. I have no reservations trusting them with our customers freight as they are true professionals. Ask for Adrianna or Irene.

totally unprofessional, could not give a simple ETA had to be transferred 5 times or put on hold for quite a bit, just make it really seem they don't know what they are doing in there! will never ever use this carrier again
