Let me just start by saying Mr. Thomas went above and beyond! We had a kitchen sink stoppage and we didn't realize that they do rentals until at last mixture. It was literally almost closing. Me. Thomas helped us with a smile and went beyond. I just wanted to make sure he knew that I really appreciate him and the company is the best. They truly believe in providing excellent service.

A nice old hardware store. While Lowes and Home Depot are great for somethings, I prefer to shop here. Those big box stores do not need my money. This local store is great and they have a huge beekeeping section. You have to travel an hour and a half to find a bigger beekeeping supply, on the shelf and ready to go.

Friendly staff, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We felt very welcomed as soon as we walked in and had an overall amazing experience at this location. Looking for odd plumbing parts for hot water radiator and boiler system.
2 local plumbing Warehouses didn't carry parts. One was out of stock and didn't receive any more as promised when ordered.

Went to NW Hardware on Williamson Road, and found what I needed on shelf & had pipes cut to fit. Great customer service and courteous employees. Good Job!!
This is the store my Grandfathers & Father shopped. Well managed to this day..

I do a lot of Chainsaw work and Ace Hardware has all stihl products in Oregon blades for stuff that isn't Stihl. it's a great hardware store. you can get Plumbing stuff there you name it! And the staff is always kind and courteous and willing to help you find what you need!

Easy rental process for Ditch Witch trencher. Conscientious employee helped get it hooked up to my truck, and made sure all was working as it should. The teeth on the chain were worn quite a bit, and therefore was quite slow to dig my trench, but I got it done anyway. If it had dug quickly, I would have given them 5 stars. Was not the employee's fault for that.
