The last couple days I went through a storage unit that I used for 20 years. I was surprised to find that everything I stored was in good shape, just dusty. There was zero water or pest damage to anything. I did not expect to store my things for so long. If you want your belongings in a safe climate controlled environment I would look no further than Northland Maxi-Vaults!

I Would highly recommend Northland Maxi Vaults, where I picked up my UHAUL. They national Uhaul system was down, but they made sure I drove out of there with the truck I needed for my moving day. They were so kind and accommodating, and made my move day way less stressful. Support local business!

My boyfriend and I spent hours last week calling around pricing units. Few places didn’t answer, most were super expensive and some were just a creepy vibe. We should have just called here first! Kalina made it so simple to get us in the perfect sized unit. Not only that we forgot our lock so she loaned us a temporary one. Quick, easy, lowest price in town and outstanding customer service! Definitely recommending to my friends and family.

Kalina was super helpful and asked all the right questions to determine which unit would suit my needs. It was perfect! I really appreciate being able to do everything through email which was a major time saver. From the times I’ve stopped in it seems like she knows her customers and their unit number by vehicle and voice. A welcome change from the sketchy places I’ve used before.

Incredible customer service. Staff went out of their way to answer questions, review account details, provide easy access to unit and follow up on our behalf as needed. It was so nice to access our unit indoors, so easy to just drive in, load and unload and drive out! Good climate control. When in need of storage unit in Anchorage I would work with Northland Maxi-Vaults again.

Absolutely outstanding. Great service and a great little storage place. The staff is fantastic. They know me by name when I come in and are always pleasant and willing to help. Eric is exceptionally supportive of military personnel and more than willing to go the extra mile. I stored some extra belongings for a few months while switching houses. They’re one of the cheapest places in town and the units are clean, dry, and spacious. The opening times are great and the location is very accessible. If I ever need to store things again, he’ll be my first choice and I highly recommend to anyone who’s in need of short or long term storage! A class act all around!!!
