I change my review all the workers seem like they hate there job they dont greet you they just say who's next with a attitude like we are bothering they avoid you and such and the office they dont greet you they make you wait even if there isn't anybody at all the stations. This place was good at first when I started coming here for work but there is no enjoyment in going here I dread it anyway but I have to for work have a good day people of nac hope you pull it together

They need to update there web site. I drove 60 miles one way to find there hours of operation are not from 6am to 9pm like it says on there web site. This is the third trip now to Anchorage to pick up one pallet load of freight from Bethel that didn't make it because of paperwork mistakes on there part. I have received multiple phone calls from cranky freight agents regarding there foul ups. They used to be really good but my opinion is changing after this latest waste of time. Hope they get it together.

The Customer Service is OUT STANDING! To say the least. Dependable and Reliable. They go out of there way to help get your cargo to it's destination as quickly and easily as possible. They take the guess work out of getting your cargo to the far ends of Alaska. NAC is my go to carrier when shipping cargo in Alaska and it should be yours also.
