I used them for 4 months. The customer service in person was great. However, when I went to get my things out of storage yesterday everything was infested with spiders. Black spiders, brown spiders, and clear looking spiders. I found at least 20 in my stuff.

I would never have chose this place if I knew they didn't do pest control. I called to complain but the customer service on the phone said since I closed my unit that there was nothing they could do. Like how about you get an exterminator out there regularly.

Now everything is bagged up and I'm not bringing anything in for at least two weeks. I'm auto immune compromised and can't risk a spider bite. Thanks for taking my money and not providing the service I was promised.

Very great experience moving into my unit at North Country Club Self Storage. Easily filled out the forms online and then went and met the manager, Lisa, who was very friendly. She helped finish up the paperwork and got me into my unit quickly. Clean unit, easy access, good pricing (no hidden fees) & friendly staff....10/10.

We were met at the door by the manager, who was in her way to have lunch, but was sweet enough to postpone her lunch in order to talk to us and show us a room that was perfect for what I needed. I need it a space to put away some stuff that I cant fit in my house anymore. I came down to this location and let me tell you they were really helpful from beginning to end! The process was easy and smooth. They were really friendly and help me the best they could! I highly recommend coming to storage solutions if you need a storage and dont want to loose any time.
