They made everything easy. The movers were punctual, fast, polite, and efficient. They made quick work of many of my heavier items and stacked everything inside the truck with skill. This is the first move in 20 years where nothing was damaged. Not even a wall scuff or door ding. These guys are pros.

We used North Bay Movers twice. Moving from Pacifica to the Russian River and then again from San Mateo to Pacifica and Russian River. It was a big move and had lots of intricate parts. Mike and Ramon were our guys both times. They called ahead and we discussed the plan. They arrive on time and they are both so professional. They worked quick. They packaged all the glass furniture nicely and everything arrived in one piece. They finished early so under budget. I would absolutely recommend North Bay Movers. They were by far the most reasonable and professional.

We received multiple bids to move some furniture from Santa Rosa to the Sacramento area and Dave gave us a quote that matched two of the four bids we received. The reason we went with North Bay Movers was because they were responsive and could schedule us on Saturday. Mike and Ramon arrived on time early in Santa Rosa and got the furniture loaded quickly to its new location. They were friendly and worked with us on finding a place for the new pieces. I hired North bay Movers for my daughter. I spoke to David Nolan(?) and was told to fill out a form via email and I would receive a quote within an hour or two. I told him that regardless of the quite amount , we wanted to hire his moving co and that he could book us. He said no problem.
After I received the confirmation that Northbay movers received the form with all the details of the move . I called David again because several hours went by and still no quote. I left a few messages letting him know we want to hire him for the date we stated. Still no response. Finally on the day of the move, Northbay movers NEVER showed. My daughter finbaly got a hold of David asking why they weren’t at her apt. and he said “ because your dad made a mistake by not agreeing to the quote and then actually hung up on her! Again ,I was NEVER SENT a quote ! I even checked my spam too …. Nothing . My daughter was in tears because she had to move out so the new renters could move in.
What a disaster! My advice is to hire another moving co. But stay away from Northbay movers.

I recently hired North Bay Movers to move 2 gun safes, a pool table and a cord of wood. The crew was professional, friendly and efficient. They went above and beyond what I expected and were diligent in making sure the items were moved safely without damage. Dave was excellent at coordinating the move and staying in contact me regarding the status of the job. I highly recommend North Bay Movers and would definitely hire them again should the need arise.

We are extremely satisfied with the service for our move on Saturday, September 17, 2016. Mike, Jesse, and Willy were on time (a little early, in fact), professional, extremely efficient, and so incredibly nice. They had a great attitude and it was such a pleasure to work with them. The fact we were able to get in on a Saturday - probably one of the busiest moving days - on short notice AND the owner, David Noland, kept the same price quote we previously received (for a weekday move) just made the whole process that much better. This was a wonderful experience and, having to move by myself while my husband was in Hong Kong - something I was stressing about - was made so much easier by Mike, Jesse, Willy, and North Bay Movers. We definitely recommend NB Movers to anyone who needs movers and, should we ever move again, NB Movers is who we will call.

Ramon and his team were incredibly professional and all-around excellent with our cross-town move. They were very efficient and careful with our belongings! This is a combination that is rare to find in movers. They even finished the move quicker than initially anticipated. We would totally hire North Bay Movers again.

My Experience with Northbay Movers has been nothing less than professional. I have been helping out David and his crew for the past couple years and began my moving career at a small company with not nearly as much equipment This is the best moving company in the West.
