A bunch of typical Chicago scam artists won’t give me my escrow money back just ignoring me

They also change your logs on eld device so your running illegal all of the time don’t recommend this company unless your ready to loose your money at the end of the day and be lied to as soon as they can get over on you they will

Currently just filled a lawsuit for the money owed to me and being labeled an independent contractor but being told your a company driver and doing everything of a company employee. Also has the lawyer send a letter to the fmcsa about the illegal ways they change your logs to make it look like you haven’t driven at all. (Phoneix eld ..)

Could have just given me my escrow now they will be paying much larger fines if not shut down

They want drivers to drive illegal. If you don't answer the phone while you are asleep, they will deduct $300 from your pay. Stay away from this company. They also go by J&M. They switch the names around which let's you know they are crooks. They also won't reimburse you for hotel, if and when your truck breaks down. Company driver but they are a 1099 only company. Stay far away from this Serbian owned company.

What a rip off lying company. Don't waste your time believing anything they say. They will expect you to pay their truck repair bills including tires if you use their equipment. They steal your escrow and cheat you on miles and anything else they can.Rude and expect you to take their abuse. If I could give zero or less stars for rating this company,I would.

Smaller carriers are unreliable in the eyes of some of my coworkers, thus they don't like to work with them. In my experience, the exact opposite is true! You won't have to worry about the delivery if you select a carrier like Niki Express that can handle local and even interstate routes you regularly provide them with. They won't let you down.

Total number one THEIF?. What they dont tell you is you have massive wait times at shipper and receivers. After 4 weeks of warning them I dont work for free..... 10 hours waiting on the Friday 1st of july. I gave them 1 hour notice and went home. They stole over $3000.00 of my last check cause they were mad I left shipper. Milosh is a THEIF. And luka is A Crook also...I will be seeing them in front of the JUDGE..

Stay away. Stole $2000 from last check, then said they would pay it on efs check to get their truck back and canceled the check as soon as they had the money. They owe me $3500. Do NOT do business with them.
