I had a wonderful experience at Morristown Jeep this past August when I purchased my Jeep Wrangler. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and enjoyable, thanks to Eric.

Love this dealership and the way that they all treat their customers! Rolando is my guy and has got me into my last 3 leases (and my husband into his). He knows what I want and gets it for me. He is the best! If you want amazing customer service and do not want to deal with those annoying BS throwing info at you car dealer, than go to Nielsen and ask for Rolando! Thank you my friend!

I strongly advise proceeding with caution when considering this dealership. Unfortunately, my experience was far from transparent. I initially received approval for around 4% interest rate, but after my third payment, I noticed my rate was actually 7.39%. Prior to visiting the dealership, I had already secured loan approval from Bank of America at 4.5%, but both the sales representative and the finance team assured me they could offer a better rate. I was shown an approximate 4% rate with Valley National, and based on this information, I decided to move forward with the process.

However, when reviewing the paperwork, I found discrepancies that I regret not noticing sooner. In hindsight, I should have been more vigilant, but the finance representative was incredibly personable, which led me to believe everything was in order. Now, I feel compelled to share my experience to help others avoid similar situations. If you’ve already secured your own financing, I recommend sticking with it to prevent any potential misunderstandings. Unfortunately, this experience has caused me to lose trust in the Nielsen family of dealerships, and I can no longer consider myself a loyal customer.

Great Vehicle, however, I purchased this in the very beginning of June this year.
I traded in my Honda Accord and the dealership agreed they would payoff the $3000 loan on it. Chris in sales told me June 7th that they sent out the pay off and it will be taken care of therefore I would not be responsible for the upcoming monthly payment due June 20th. Well, I received calls daily from One main financial after the 20th regarding my “late payment.” I explained to them time and time again that the loan was being paid off by the dealer.
I called Chrysler Dodge and played phone tag with Chris. My significant other also reached out to Mike over at Ford being he helped us purchased 2 vehicles from Ford and from Chrysler Dodge.
Long story short, my credit has been effected from the dealership dragging their feet on this. Eventually I reached out to them again asking to speak to someone other than Chris to possibly get this matter resolved. I was told to speak to Eric or Jeff. Jeff returned the call and notified me that there was a mishap with the check sent for my payoff and that it was wired to the loan company today, July 9th.
I tried to express my disappointment in this situation. Eric was trying to interrupt me to say he understands. I was at the least, looking to be heard and to hear some sort of apology. It seems that they are certainly on the ball when they are trying to SELL you a vehicle but not the aftermath.

Nope. Lots of pressure. "Oh that couple over there are looking at the same car, if you want it you need to claim it now". Jacked up fees, CHECK YOUR CONTRACT before you decide to buy! After 2 hours there we waited for more than another 2 hours to sign and take our car home, totally worn down and tired with no food or drinks. Told us the window etching was mandatory because it was already done, then we found the etching dust all over it, which they obviously did while we were forced to wait while they were "detailing" the car (a brand new car), they didn't even have the decency to clean it. They are not transparent, we'd never go here again. Definitely felt scammy. There are too many dealers out there to choose from to deal with that again, so no thanks.

Used Nielsen at Morristown since the location in East Hanover could not support me.
I walked into Morristown, and Jennifer welcomed us and listened to my inquiry.
I got an accurate quote right away. It took about an hour, and we were on our way; a new battery was installed.

Paid about half of what they estimated at East Hanover, where they did not even care to look it up to get me an accurate quote and then would have to set up an appointment 2 to 3 weeks in advance!
