very slow unloading process. App. 10:00. Arrived here at 9:45, got dock right away. But unloading started only after 3 hours. Turtles move faster than workers. Departure at 15:00. Avoid this company for cargo delivery.

Do not deliver here! It took 6 hours for them to off load and another 2 hours for them to figure out the lumper! The docks are easy and there's one bathroom stall provided for the drivers. There is a little weeded area for pets to use since you're sitting there for hours! We parked on the street over night at the Maverick down the street prior to our appointment.

I have a serious issue with this service representative with an attitude, Jessica Webb, not only arrogant but also incompetent in managing the webpage of Nicholas and Company. A lot of times, I got the impression what items she was dealing with, so many errors and mistakes. I've been working as a manager at this restaurant for 4 years. I had my own restaurant for 15 years before, which means I have a lot of experience with many major food suppliers. Her strange attitude always bothered me, giving me the impression she acts like she is a higher person. This is because my account was set up as a whole by the company designated as DC in Utah, she doesn't need to worry about losing the account and consequences of her behavior or performance. This time I decided to post a review.
On March 27, 2 cases of boba were delivered all damaged, 2 tubs cracked in each box; it usually comes in 4 tubs in a box, leaked everywhere and even ruined other adjacent delivered boxes. I asked for a credit with some attached photos as a proof. She says it is not industrial standard to give a credit unless the whole box is damaged. I have never had that experience for the last 20 years of my career with other food suppliers, not even with Nicholas in the past. It's part of my fault that I should have sent all 4 cracked bobas but only sent 2 photos from each box. She also put all the blame on me for not filing by 11 am. I explained the situation, due to one man operation schedule, after opening at 11 am, by the time I discovered the problem it was already around 2 pm. It was a big order. Unfortunately, those boba boxes were buried behind other big boxes around the corner. I hurriedly filed a claim but got rejected. This is absurd and I still had to spend extra time cleaning all the mess from the leak. Who is going to compensate for the damage and my time? Is it me who has to take it all in? I waited over a week after resending emails many times, almost begging for the credit but got rejected with no further response. Nicholas used to be my major favorite food supplier before. In the past, field salesmen used to care about customers' needs and listen to solve any concerns and issues they have, but not anymore. These office workers are clueless about the actual field situation and basically don't care as they don't see the customers face to face after all and worry about losing customers. She must have forgotten that we are the customers who make her paycheck, not higher authority. They increase prices, frequent out of stock, bad customer service, incompetent website management.

All the other reviews are true. Arrived at 0515 for a 0600 appointment. 8 trucks ahead of me lined up in the street. They don't start checking trucks in till 0600 sharp. Was given a door immediately upon check in. 4 hours later I recieved the lumper fee. Now waiting to be called for my bills.

I read the reviews and expected the worst. We delivered here twice, the first time it took 4 hours to unload, the second time – 3 hours. Overall, not bad

This company driver was the worst. I was in Pleasant Grove and one of their truck drivers parked his truck completely blocking in all customers exiting a store drive through. He was parked across their only exit and the only way out was to jump a foot curb, which we all could not do, so we were stuck for over 25 minutes.

The driver kept motioning us to jump the curb and when we all said no, he just laughed and waved at us sarcastically. He took his time slowly unloading boxes. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. The guy was awful, he was shaking his head the whole time and making a show of going very slowly. He just kept laughing at all 6 of us cars backed up in the parking lot. Sodalicious couldn't serve customers.

His truck # was 42414.
