The young men who showed up to help us move were very polite young men and did move the furniture from a 3rd floor apartment but that’s where the good about this service stops. After the move was complete I decided to open the truck before leaving. Thankfully I did because everything looked like it had basically been thrown into the truck. My less then a year old leather couch is laying on its front with nothing between it and the floor. I had purchased furniture pads to prevent items being scratched and specifically instructed the young men to use them. We found the furniture pads still in their package thrown into the truck. My husband who is 62 and myself 61 had to unload the truck and reload the truck before we could get on the road. While unloading we found multiple pieces of furniture scratched including the leather couch. I notified the person who arranged the movers and he informed me he was basically a dispatcher and couldn’t do anything but would pass the information on. He assured me someone would be calling me to rectify the situation. It’s now 24 hours later no one has called and the “dispatcher” person has quit responding to me. I highly recommend you go somewhere else for moving help.
