I HAD TO PUT 1 STAR IN ORDER TO BE ABLE TO POST, I WISH I COULD GIVE IT A NEGATIVE STAR.
This is the worst company I have EVER dealt with in my life.
They are rude as hell and think they are better than everyone else.
They sent my shipment to Venezuela instead of Panama and now I was told that they can't recover it, due to the situation in Venezuela. I am still waiting for a refund for the shipment and for the shipment fees.
I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO MY WORST ENEMY!!!

I have used Next Day Cargo for the past 5-6 years. What I can factually say is this: the shipment ALWAYS arrives ON SCHEDULE, the shipment ALWAYS arrives UNDAMAGED, and the shipment ALWAYS arrive COMPLETE!! Shipments are from Miami to Caracas, VE and my family depends of them. Everyone in the front office is professional, kind, and welcoming and the men in the warehouse always help with the offloading from my vehicle. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Next Day Cargo, you will be satisfied. I am not an employee, I am a very satisfied customer. You will be very pleased if you use Next Day Cargo.

They never carry a box here, the service is terrible and the boxes never arrive. they do not respect customers and do not keep them informed of anything when there are problems. Horrible and very bad people.

Some things of my package went lost, Next cargo asked me to send a mail to open an investigation but I never got any answer about this. I payed an insurance 50$ but not answer at all. I think this company is not serious at all. I do not recommended it.
