This company has been a nightmare. All the stereotypes about movers taking advantage hold true. Spent 2.5 hours on multiple occasions visually inspecting what we had to move, kept trying to increase price. When we arrived at a price fast above the estimate, the movers would not honor it, they wouldn't move a lot of items without an additional 5000 dollars, they said oh we didn't know it was this big, everything you own is bigger than normal. We visually inspected it, multiple times. Then they showed up late and refused to pack, we finally got that worked out, they ended up refusing so much, we had to pay for an additional one bedroom move. They also took stuff we told them not to. One guy went through the cabinets found and drank a whole case of soda while sitting in his truck (foreman). Now it's been almost 2 weeks, they were supposed to drive straight through, they still can't give us a date because they unloaded everything on a warehouse and have to wait for a truck to reload it. Meanwhile we are just getting rude treatment from what they call customer service. You can't get a word in, and everything is the customers fault.

Booking was easy, as it always is. But they contracted me with All Over the State Moving to pick up and move my items who contracted a THIRD company to actually transport my items across states. Was quoted for $2k, paid $4.5k at the end because each contractor didn’t care what my original quote/contract said, “this is what I charge or you can get the cops involved” was the answer I got. New start did nothing because it’s not their company at that point despite countless calls asking for help. I would never book with them again based on who they do business with.

The price has now doubled what i was quoted. It's been 3 days since I've heard anything and was told I would be immediate delivery. Now im out of money and sleeping in the floor for days. The quick $1800 move is now at $3600 and 3+ days they have had my belongings with ZERO communication. BAD PLACE! DONT USE! I WILL TELL EVERYONE

Worst moving experience ever. Fake (low) price up front then hundreds more to get my stuff delivered after loaded. AND, had to put up with Kevin and his racist evil comments and ttrump propaganda. Never again

Worst company ever. They lie about the estimate and every time you talk to someone they blame the other people. They say they are a manager when they are not. My advise is whatever they tell you is a lie and run away fast

Me and my wife moved to Arizona from Nebraska a few months ago we were referred by a good friend of ours and this turned out to be an excellent moving Company. We would recommend this moving Company over all of the moving Company's in the Valley. The service was excellent in the packing process, the moving process and unloading process. You can't go wrong with the fast friendly service of New Start Realty!!! Kevin and his team also did a fantastic job of helping us find the perfect home!!! We don't know what we would have done with out his expertise in all aspects of buying a home and the moving process! Kevin really takes pride in making sure all of his customers are happy!!! Kevin and his team of movers are great!!!! From start to finish. Kevin reviewed with me what to expect on moving day. Upon arrival he did a walk through of my home and discussed the placement of my items and how they would be packed. His team of movers handled my items with care and were very personable, listening and assisting with my additional whims. Moving is difficult and Kevin and his team handled me and my family with care.

Top notch service! Professional, polite and hard working employees with an honest owner. This is a family business and they go above and beyond with the moving service they provide. Communication is great from start to finish. Kevin is a one of a kind business owner. He's honest and he does business right! We will only use Kevin's company for any and all moves.
