Customer service is trash. Besides the young man who rang me up he was friendly. I stood wondering through the aisle for at least 10 minutes looking for an item , when I asked for help it seemed to be an issue. When I asked a question the older man who was “helping” me said I’m going to lunch let me find someone else who can help you so I stood there several more minutes before another older man came up to help me, told me they didn’t have what I needed and my project couldn’t be done when I told him I didn’t need advice on said project rather then to tell me where the items where located he walked off. I found both items but will be returning as they do work but the more I thought about it the more I said to myself no they don’t need my $15 to be treated like that. I’d rather go to all the mernards or Home Depot.

I’ve been going to this location for solid 5 years, never again.

Best hardware store in town - Greeted every time I walk in and they ask if I need help with anything and actually know where to take me to find what I'm looking for. They have great sales after holidays. If you have hardware needs, get to Nena Ace

I just went to buy paint & Wow! So impressed with my paint specialist.She was so knowledgeable, patient & kind.She had me on my way in no time at all. I wish I could remember Her name because She deserves a Shout Out! I will definetly be back for more paint, etc.

Nenas Ace Hardware always comes through. Thanks to them I'm having a hell of a father's day weekend! Purchased this Traeger Pro Series 34 yesterday and I'm seasoning it right now! Came back this afternoon for some pellets and some candy for the kids. Cashiers are always so friendly, and the guys that helped me load the grill were great as well. I'm blessed to live close by!

If you have a home project or problem, this should be your first stop. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly. Anything from small screws, nails, keys or screens- this is your place! My items that I wanted to purchase were all in stock but I was totally disregarded by everyone in the store except for a nice young man. When he directed me to the managers the both of them were racially abusive! (Kelvin and Brenda) I have been in this world for over 60 years and I know prejudice when I see and feel it. In the worse way! I was in your store for 2 hours and every time I asked a question I was told “I don’t know “ or you have to ask the manager. Finally I just left the 6 items that I was going to purchase! Plus my mom was being dropped off from dialysis! I was there too long for nothing! This store should be shut down! And it’s not the first time that I have been treated unfairly! It’s a shame! EVIL!!! And also I was @ the register trying to find my online order. I had also picked up another item and set it on the counter. When I looked up I found that my item was moved, when I inquired about it the cashier stated “I have it right here!” I said ma’am I am not a thief! She said I didn’t say that you were and set it on top of some other items; instead of handing it to me. Plain sight racism!!! In every way!!! I’m tired of this abuse! I will not be back to this location! Unless I watch it be closed down!

Had not been to Nena Ace Hardware before, but called them with questions about project I was working on and
was immediately connected to associate who was able to answer all my questions, so I headed over to the store.
Oh my gosh! I was provided the absolute best customer service!
It was like I had traveled back to a time to when people were friendly, helpful, accommodating, liked their job, and quality and service were top priority!
