This was my loaded weight ticket on the right. They refused to take a roll off. They took the whole off of me. After they did that I went back to the same scale to get an empty weight to try and figure out why it was so heavy with the load. The rate sheet said 45000 lbs. The difference between the 2 scale tickets was about 47000. I'm pretty sure they loaded another roll on the trailer.

Overnight parking availble but no washroom.

They are very fast 20 mins unloading if ur on appoitment ..
they load your earlier before appoitment but it takes 1 hour .

Checked in 7am but they don't start shipping till 8am but they gave me a door . Good directions getting in. There is some construction on 127th, so take the detour on Cicero. Nice guys. Overall trouble free check in. ✔️

Easy to find and get to. It's about halfway down the building. There is a pic of the pickup numbers in the photos. They lady inside was nice and got me a dock real quick after I finally got the right pickup number. It took about fifteen minutes to load me. You can't make a left turn coming out of the place. They do not have facilities, otherwise they would get five stars. It's not a bad place to load at so far.

These guys are in the middle of the building, use man door next to propane tank rack. No sign that direct a driver. Pretty standard check-in form but make sure your pickup number starts with NC or it's stop, do not pass go. There are several signs "No Bathroom Available" so be prepared. Lot was pretty empty when I was there, so easy to manuever, could be more challenging if more trucks in doors.
Sweep out the trailer, tandems all the way back. Quick load of paper rolls. Was in & out in 50 minutes. My experience was good

Not to bad of place only complaint is backing in dock can be kinda tight depending how many trucks are parked checking in here and at places on each end of warehouse. Wasnt real bad for me but see how it can be. Other than that its a decent place and staff is ok. This place is in the middle of the warehouse. Go in service door and there's an office to your right as soon as you walk in. You fill out the sheet of paper with your load number trailer number etc. I was given a door right away and was on my way 20 min later full load of paper rolls. Look forward to delivering here again.

You might be told 4 is closing time, but best to get there by 330. Once your there these guys are quick. Check in, sweep your trailer, and usually loaded in 20 min tops.

The guy at the shipping window has a huge attitude problem all the time. He's very disrespectful for the drivers. There's no communication with him and this should be brought to the management and human resources. I heard he's the manager? Disgraceful. Drivers don't want to go there. Very bad publicity for the place. Better avoid that location.
