I was very nervous having our Ford pickup shipped! I had heard so many horror stories about transport, but I did a ton of research and finally decided to go with National! That ended up being the best decision ever!! They were professional, communicative and affordable! Their driver Sam was absolutely amazing in every single way! He went above and beyond and handled our truck with the utmost care! I felt like I had a new friend by the time he left! He was right on time and clearly communicated his arrival a day before so we could be ready. I highly recommend this transport company and Sam!

Car was delivered right on schedule even with last minute request for transporting it. The driver John was really super nice kept me informed on the time line. The car was picked up when scheduled and delivered when scheduled. I received notification of the pickup and I received a phone call the day prior to delivery with an estimated time and a call the day of delivery with a delivery time. The car was delivered with no damage. The driver was friendly as well. I would recommend.

I am very disappointed by the communication I have received regarding transportation of my vehicle. When I requested pick up, I selected a Wednesday, and was promptly contacted to coordinate scheduling. Carrier agreed to the Friday, but then called and had to postpone until Saturday. However, Saturday came and went, no call, no show, nothing. I tried calling NRT, but not open in the weekends. Sunday evening rolled around and carrier asked if Monday was okay, which was agreed upon, but again, no communication on Monday. At 4:30 pm, carrier reached out and asked if Tuesday was okay and they finally showed up. Estimate delivery was Friday… Friday came and went, no show no contact, no update… Here we are on Saturday, and still no update….. delays happen but communication goes far with customer service! Won’t use this service again
