Update: It’s moving season. You have a choice in who your TSP and logistics companies are, and you should not work with this company. Hands down the worst company I’ve had to deal with in 6 military moves. They will do a poor job supporting up to the move, then that’s when they really kick in the uselessness. Filing a claim with them is being passed off constantly (I had several different people on my claim), and they will break the guidelines if you let them. They will wait until the very last day allowed under the guidelines to pay. The “claims” adjuster had zero experience it seemed, she googled what she thought was closest to my furniture and made offers based on that. Refuse to work with them, in DPS there’s a question of any companies you would not like to work with, add them every time, every move.

This company gets a good part of its business from government/military contracts. If you are completing a PCS move and get the email that this company is part of your move, immediately contact your transportation office and request the contract be rebid and this company not be involved. You do have a choice and can refuse to allow this company to be part of your move.

The employees themselves are potentially the worst I’ve dealt with in half a dozen moves. Then they subcontract out to equally, if not worse companies. They are rude, unprofessional, and unresponsive.

Refuse to allow the government to contract with them for your move. There are good companies that deserve our business and do a good job.

My company Daniels Moving & Storage INC. works with National Forwarding. They are extremely professional! Very polite! Look out for the best interests of everyone! They have such amazing knowledge of the moving industry, quite honestly I would have to say they are the best in the Industry and with my experience of over 28 years in the moving industry. Trust me when I say that National Forwarding is far better than other moving company in this industry! Believe me when I say you will not be disappointed when dealing with National Forwarding!

Customer BEWARE!!!

Unfortunately military moves are at the mercy of the LOWEST bidder and I can see why this company was the lowest bidder. Absolute trash all the way through their director Deborah Marciniec! Which, if you have the pleasure of speaking to her like I sadly did, will try to tell YOU the ACTUAL military member how the military paperwork gets submitted to them. When corrected she will speak over you too.

The pick up went great. The delivery is the issue. All my paperwork says the delivery date will be no later than August 14, 2023. When I asked why they are scheduling to delivery the house hold goods after that date, they told me that date wasn't for me it was for the delivery driver. I asked why that wasn't explained to me and Deborah's response to me was "we don't have to explain anything to you. It's not on us." I'm sorry but you are the director of the MOVING COMPANY correct? Absolutely ridiculous. If I didn't take the date they offered me, my goods wouldn't be scheduled for MORE THAN 3 WEEKS!! I would be living with nothing for almost a month!

When asked why I wasn't put on the schedule when the paperwork was submitted back in JUNE, I WAS TOLD THIS IS JUST HOW IT IS.

AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS if you can!

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

Absolut god awful company, the claims department is horrid and have zero customer service skills. the companies they contract out to do the active duty moves cannot make the deadlines set.

had my delivery rescheduled 3 times in less than 2 days and this is after my RDD had passed. both this company and the companies that the contract out are so worried about making money that they dont care how badly they inconvenience us service members. they dont leave a any room for things like weather stopping the truck for a cross country move and it is not acceptable.

then when it comes to compensation, they will not do anything more that what the government as set in guidelines. they act like they are not allowed to do anything more for their customers. they refuse to be helpful, and clearly do not care about any inconvenience caused, they have got their money because they are under contract.

how this company is still in business i will never know, but if you have a choice, avoid this company at all cost.

POOR QUALITY*NOT PROFESSIONAL*POOR VALUE*NOT RESPONSIVE

0 Stars! The only reason I gave it one star was to post this review. 0 STARS! ZERO! Horrible company! We are in the process of dealing with multiple claims with National Forwarding Co and their subcontractor Quality Services Moving. From the start, their crews were late, unprofessional and lacked the experience to handle our move. We voiced our concerns from the beginning but those concerns fell on deaf ears. As the majority of the reviews I have found online regarding this company state, the military should STOP using this company. Our packout in May was to result in our household goods being stored until our new quarters were assigned. As it turns out, our stuff never entered a warehouse. Furniture was not wrapped and was loaded and left in a trailer that had a hole in the roof for the better part of two months. Mattresses, box springs, rugs and other furniture damaged or a total loss. Now they want us to beg to replace our items. We have enough to deal with as a military family moving to a new location and establishing our lives than having to spend hours dealing with claims. Vicki Carroll, our claims rep, is the most daft, uncaring, unresponsive and unprofessional. Her lack of care for us as a customer and the constant backlash when her company is at fault is best described as criminal. She fails to return calls, answer direct questions and sends emails stating one thing but then states another when we finally track her down via phone. National Forwarding Company is a detriment to military families! Steer clear of this company and it’s subcontractors. They are fleecing the government.

I forgot to mention that the hole in the roof of the trailer resulted in our items being soaked due to many storms, summer heat, mold, mildew and bugs.

Like the other 22 bad reviews, mine is no different. Awful. Asked for a status of my delivery for 13 days and they didn't know. Driver showed up at my house at 4 pm with a crew to unload and called me while I was at work. This was the day before RDD. I unloaded from 7-1030 pm although at that point I mostly just had the team place stuff in my garage. National Forwarding Co had no idea until I told them the crew was there. Moreover, my HHG were unloaded from one truck and placed in another at some point. The driver had to return to some other place in Kentucky when he found someone else's stuff loaded in with mine. My move manager was not knowledgeable and often struggled to understand my basic questions. This was my 12th military move in 20 years. They even had the RDD date wrong until I argued with them and they came back later with the correction. DOD please donot do business with them. Service members, you can choose to not use them when you fill out your transportation request.

The worst company to deal with! Items were delivered several weeks ago and I have called more than 6 times to get the boxes removed and I continue to get excuses and false dates! Would not recommend!

This company is the WORST OF ALL WORST. Their customer service skills are terrible. I would rather talk to someone who HATE the color of my skin than to have talked with those ladies I spoke to.
This company calls me to set up a drop off date. I tell them I will be at the VA Hospital from the 17-22 but the 23rd would be fine. This is before my goods got picked up. I get a call back two weeks later saying that the 22nd is the date. I tried explaining to this rude lady on the phone that the 23rd would be best. They couldn't do it because they have other drops. I asked about storage. They give me a number to a US Coast Guard holding unit. No answer. I had to see if people could help me out. Thank GOD for my handicap mother and people will to put their life on hold for me. I get a call back and they had already put in the system to have my stuff in storage without me giving them a YES or NO. Then I talked to another one and so on. The way I was treated and how I feel I would rather talk to a group of monkeys or drug addicts to handle my stuff. I will tell you this from a Veteran to a Veteran. RUN AWAY if you hear of this company. RUN AWAY.
If not may GOD have mercy on your soul.
Now I wait..
