Been told to wait 2 hours for pick up and even then no bus showed up. Have had to call back on occasion to find we were either overlooked or were dropped for pick up. Customer service is nonexistent with this company. I realize this is a free service for the people of Ajo but I'm sure they are being compensated somehow. National Express is a joke when it comes to offering reliable transportation for the Ajo Community.

They don't pick up calls, you don't get picked up until an hour later or don't get picked up at all!!!! Previous owners where doing a better job!! Bad service!!!! Zero stars.

They never pick up! They mess up the schedule! They are always late or they never pick up, bad service. Put you on hold for hours.

Don't ride the bus if you want to be an hour or two late. This new company is always late and sometimes don't pick you up. Bad service!!!
