Worked here for 3 years promoted in a year. I was the best driver and always 30 minutes early to work never really called off until I became pregnant at year 3 and I still never called off. Working with Harold was great until Harold left and left me with Keith. Keith has a problem with someone coming up with ideas that are better than his that will help my area. I come up with an idea shoots it down then when I leave to give birth to my daughter everything I told him what I wanted to do he does so idk why he gave me such a hard time. Tried to get my back up in before I had my daughter and it was a No but we supposed to have back ups when we out!! I was told I was allowed to come back after my daughter was born came back but I was somewhere completely different with 400 dollars less pay. I asked if I could go back to my area when a spot opens up and I was told YES I seen people come in and leave and I’m still not at the location I left. So I emailed Kathy a couple months ago to see why I keep getting over looked and I was told she would get back to me. It’s been 5 months, no email about anything. They have ads up for back up but I was told they not hiring back ups. It’s so much more I can say like me lifting when I’m 8months pregnant because Keith didn’t want to come to Ohio to help, even though it’s a law for pregnant women now it was I don’t care you pregnant (not his words but his intentions told me that) go take that route instead of sending me a worker from API. Which y’all can do but of course Keith can’t take I have ideas better then him. All I’m saying is it’s okay someone has better ideas then u I never wanted your spot we was suppose to work together to make my warehouse better. As long as Keith there Tennessee will never be better

I wouldn't trust Cathy Stecher's 5 star review. A simple google search reveals she is the owner/president of this company!

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD! They never call before they come like they say they will! Not for deliveries, and not for returns. Twice now they have delivered the same order to my home. The first time they were supposed to bring it inside my house since I paid extra for that when I placed the order, but they just dropped it off in front of my door. That one turned out to be damaged, most likely by them! Both times they never even bothered to ring my doorbell or knock on my door. My husband was home both times and wanted to inspect the item before they left. They make it impossible for you to do that. They give you a time window of when they are coming, but don't even come when they say they will. If I had the option, I would never use this company, but since I order through a certain nationwide home repair company that rhymes with "gnome depot" I have no choice!
