My little brother has been helping me fix my truck. We came to this Napa store looking for a few parts (ended up needing quite a few things), and Matthew helped us each time. He has exceptional customer service, and I could tell that he genuine cared about helping us come up with solutions to a couple difficult issues with parts we could buy at the shop. I'm hoping to give a better rating in a few weeks once the new management is in place but for now I was not happy with my experience. First off that lady behind the counter I think her name is Jusy is rude, rolling her eyes at customers and huffing when they are the ones who made several mistakes with my order. Don't blame the customer for getting upset when your store repeatedly told us to pick up the next day and there was nothing.

Searches on Google has this NAPA open until 4pm on Saturday. It was closed at 2pm with no hours posted in the windows that I could see. Went to Advanced Auto to cross reference the filters I needed. Didn't waste a 40 mile round trip. This NAPA will not get my business.

I, too went around 2:00 on a Saturday and they were closed. Google says they are open til 4. When I returned the following Monday and told them of the incorrect hours, one of the two employees made a comment like, "maybe that's what all those messages from google are for." Wow! Don't plan on returning!
