Awful service, no values or integrity. Only motivated by profit, very selfish, they won't last long the way they treat customers. Highly recommend to go to any other NAPA!

The NAPA store in Derby just 5 minutes away will treat you professionally and with curtesy. This location on Coventry St. is a scam, please be careful if considering this location for any purchases. They say they do not "deal with" any other NAPA store, even if the franchise requires them to, they will refuse to work with you if you don't purchase items exclusively from them! What BS!! Why do you call yourself NAPA, if you do not act accordingly to NAPA's guidelines.

They do not honour NAPA parts/items purchased from any other location. They will not replace, repair, or work on any piece that was purchased at any other NAPA. They are rebelling against all other NAPA locations, and do not care if the franchise requires them to cooperate with other NAPA stores and their customers. They will not be helpful, rather they will refuse to do business with you.

I called to see if they would accept my return of a core that was purchased from a napa store, they said yes, but when I arrived they refused it because I bought it from another location. These guys are scammers, very deceptive. They will lure you into the store with false promises, and then you'll be disappointed when you arrive - what they tell you on the phone is not what actually happens in reality when you arrive, so don't waste your time.

amazing quality parts. HORRIBLE customer service barely answer the phone and takes weeks to answer email. I’ve return Godspeed coilovers due to it not fitting and it’s been almost a month and i haven’t got my money back. I had to go thru my bank and still waiting for the outcome.

The only plus this place has is occasionally they'll have parts that no one else will have their prices are not all that great I prefer O'Reilly Bond Auto Parts those guys have great prices
