Went in for a new battery and windshield wipers for my sister's car. Was helped by Christian who helped me with getting the correct battery and wipers. Helped to install and make sure everything was in correctly and not going to cause any issues. Even helped to make sure I didn't have to fix any settings after the battery install. Answered all my questions and warranty details. And gave me change, told him it was for a tip and he insisted that I leave a review.. he got the tip too. So shout out to Christian. Thank you so much for all your help today and keeping my sister's car safe and driveable. You are a Saint! 5 stars! Thank you again!

I am Cheryl, David's widow. I came because my car wouldn't start. We knew it was the battery. Christian came out and removed my battery and put in the new one and also put on wiper blades for me... in the rain! He was so kind! THANK YOU!

Got new rotors they went out 3k miles later they warranted it blamed my car (its not my car) gave me new pads and rotors and said they wont warranty it again. its been 6k miles and my brand new brakes are grinding. Metal on metal on both back rotors. This is a pathetic set of brakes. I paid for the better ones for a reason. Needless to say Go to oreillys ive had no issues with my 40k mile front oreillys brakes they just keep on chuggin oreillys earned my 5 star review overall poor customer service trash parts thank you napa for making me change my brakes on the freeway during my 14 hour drive.
